What is the Class About?
The classes will use kettlebell and bodyweight exercises in a variety of HIIT (high intensity interval training) formats, to maximise your fat burning and lean muscle building benefits.
Who is it for?
Most people can join this class. The interval training format, as well as a choice of kettlebells of various weights, allows each participant to work within their own ability level. Should you have back, hip or knee injuries, please discuss these with me first for a recommendation.
Where:
VO2 Max Fitness Centre, 143 Jochem Street, Rietvalleirand, Pretoria
When: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 18:00 (starting on 1 May 2025)
Monthly Cost: Once a week - R450, Twice a week - R800
