Individual Personal Training (Gym Based)

Individual Personal Training (In Gym)I believe personal training should be as individual as YOU are.  I therefore adjust every client's strength program to suit their goals, gender, age, medical conditions, biomechanical considerations, lifestyle and preferences. 

We will start with a consultation and an assessment, and then I will build your strength program accordingly. I will work with you, in person, to ensure you are using correct form and getting maximum benefit from your workout, while minimising your risk of injury.

Individual personal training is highly recommended for individuals who are managing medical or biomechanical challenges and/or would prefer personal guidance while exercising.  

4 sessions per month - R 1200
8 sessions per month - R 2200
12 sessions per month - R 3000


*In person training requires a monthly gym membership at VO2 Max Fitness Centre

Individual Personal Training (Online)

During COVID lockdown, I developed techniques for effective online personal training via the ZOOM platform. You will receive the same individual care and procedure as the gym based personal training. I will guide you in mat and camera placement to ensure we get the most out of your sessions.  

This option is most suitable to individuals who are unable to dedicate time to travel to the gym or who simply do not wish to train in a gym environment. You may have to obtain basic gym equipment to keep and use at your home. 

4 sessions per month - R 1200
8 sessions per month - R 2200
12 sessions per month - R 3000

Individual Sport Conditioning and Coaching

I provide track or strength conditioning programs for athletes that is adapted to the athlete and the sport. The program can be adapted to suit the athlete's available resources, i.e. gym or home based training.

The programs are provided via the TrainingPeaks app and the onus is on the athlete to follow the program and update the progress. The cost includes unlimited WhatsApp communication with your coach and access to two track training sessions per week.  

Running Coaching Program - R900, minimum 3 month commitment
Strength Conditioning Program - R1000, minimum 3 month commitment

Group sport conditioning

I provide group sport conditioning training for groups and teams. The groups should belong to the same team or sport and have similar goals.

The needs of the group / team will be discussed and a program provided accordingly. The training will be conducted in person at Pilditch stadium or at the sport facility where the team or group trains, depending on the coach's availability. 

Rates will be negotiated depending on what is required, travel involved etc.  Sport conditioning rates typically vary from R600 - R1000 per athlete per month.
