“An athlete is only as strong as their weakest muscle.”Elana Meyer, Olympian
Strength conditioning will reduce the risk of injury and increase the body’s ability to perform to expectations.
Take your running to the NEXT LEVEL in 2019!
I have 5 years of experience in assisting various runners with sport specific strength conditioning. The strength conditioning will take your running discipline into consideration, including sprint conditioning, trail running, endurance events etc. My strength conditioning approach consists of 4 RunSTRONG pillars:
- Core and postural strength
- Pelvic and hip stabilization
- Large muscle strength (sport specific)
- Plyometric power development
