I have been a strength and running coach for more than a decade and I am passionate about helping YOU build the strongest, fittest version of yourself at any age. If you are struggling with medical or biomechanical challenges, I am qualified to help you train safely and make appropriate progress in spite of the hurdles.

Personal training is developed for YOU personally, and takes into consideration your gender, age, fitness level, goals, medical and biomechanical constraints and time availability.

These sessions are presented via zoom or teams and are done from the comfort of your own home. The sessions are usually 30 minutes in duration and are adapted to the equipment you have available. I ensure that the sessions are appropriately challenging and effective use is made of your time.

Two group fitness sessions are currently presented via zoom or teams every Wednesday morning at 6 am and Friday morning at 5:30 am.

The sessions are focused on full body fitness and are suitable for all fitness levels. The sessions are structured so that each participant will perform to their own maximum potential. Minimal equipment is required.

Running coaching is available for road runners, track and cross country athletes and trail runners.

Two track sessions are availble every week at Pilditch Athletics stadium on a Tuesday and Thursday morning from 5:30 am until 9 am, where you can have in-person discussion and support from me. All my athletes also have full access to me via whatsapp.

Each athlete is provided with a custom training plan on the TrainingPeaks App to follow and update.

The Complete Transformation package includes:

NUTRITION TRANSFORMATION

The Nutrition Transformation plan is suitable for individuals who are already following a training program, and only need help with an appropriate nutrition plan and progress measurements.

The Strength Transformation plan is suitable for individuals who a only need help with an appropriate online strength training plan and progress measurements.
