This course contains the following:
- Explanation of running posture and the muscles affected,
- Explanation of pelvic stabilisation and the muscles affected,
- Female biomechanics vs male biomechanics and how this specifically affects posture and stabilisation.
An 8 week strength conditioning program with a focus on building beginner level postural strength and pelvic stabilisation.

Cost for the course is as follows:
Credit Card / Paypal – $20 USD, access automatically granted after the payment is processed.
C.O.D (EFT Transfer) – R350.00 and email proof of payment to Maaike@fitstrongsa.com to be given access.
