The FitSTRONG Sisters App was developed by an experienced and qualified strength coach for a community of women who realise that our goal should not be "thin", but rather, "STRONG"!
 
We focus on developing and retaining our muscle strength and lean muscle mass.
                    
 We have several programs, and you can pick the one that is suitable for you.
                  
 This program will build a full body strength base and is recommended for all beginners to strength training. You are considered a beginner if you haven't been consistently strength training for at least 6 months. 
                    
Home or Gym based programs available. 
                  
The pelvis may be the most crucial structure for efficient, pain-free running, and a stiff, out-of-alignment pelvis can both cause and perpetuate nearly every leg injury. Your posture while running determines how the impact of each stride is absorbed by your body, and this will impact your running performance as well as your injury risk. 
                    
This course helps to improve posture and pelvic stability for female runners, taking into account the differences between the male and female pelvic structure and how this affects movement patterns. 
                  
This program will focus on increasing muscle strength and size, and will incorporate intermediate strength training techniques. The program is focused on fast twitch muscle fibre development (bigger, stronger muscles).
VIEW PACKAGESThis program will focus on increasing muscle endurance and is predominantly focused on slow twitch fibre development (longer, leaner muscles). This program will incorporate high intensity interval training techniques and barre Pilates components. This program will be beneficial to clients engaging in endurance sport.
This program is for advanced athletes who have built a strength base and have completed intermediate strength training (approximately 12-18 months of consistent strength training). Strength training techniques will focus on plyometrics, sprints and power development, advanced training techniques and will require robust joints and muscle strength.

This individually built program is suitable for persons who have biomechanical or medical conditions that require individual programming for safety and health reasons. 
                    
Conditions include (but are not limited to) pulmonary embolism, obesity, hip or knee replacement, stroke recovery, scoliosis, heart surgery, pregnancy, post-partum strengthening, rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes, osteoporosis, osteopenia, high blood pressure, etc. Your custom program will be adapted to YOU specifically and progress at YOUR rate of progression, under appropriate care and supervision.
